The MRT filling and capping monoblocks consist of 5 base models, which can fill and cap different sizes of containers with different types of caps. They are used in the cosmetics industry for creams, mascara and liquids such as shampoo, as well as in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, for productions from 2000 to 6000 pieces per hour. The container enters the transport star from the conveyer belt, and is placed into the dosing station by an alternated movement guided by a rotoblock. In the dosing station there can be 1, 2 or 4 volumetric dosing units for dense products, or 2 or 4 syringes for liquid products. A vibrating tank feeds the cap or the under-cap layer into the station, where it is placed onto the container in various ways:

Once the cap has been positioned, the container moves to the next station, where the cap is screwed by a magnetic friction head and an adapter, depending on the type of cap: for example, a clamping ring is used for pilfer-proof caps, while a ribbed cap is handled by a special head. Excellent sealing is ensured by the magnetic friction head, which can be regulated for size. In the following station the container is checked for the presence of a cap, and any defective containers are automatically extracted without the machine stopping. The filled container exits the star on a conveyer belt. The electronic equipment is commanded by a PLC with inverter on all the motors. The command panel is either equipped with touch-screen or with an operating panel with keyboard.
